“An xenogenous elegence (AXE)”
I’ve really been missing those opportunities to have ‘axe’ moments in the comics… so I decided to make a moment instead.
And what a moment is was! Ah, they’re almost as bad as dad jokes… Which I find, as a male, make for solid entertainment. I say ‘almost’ because I think to make real dad jokes you actually need to be a dad (which I am not). Maybe we can consider this an ode to dad jokes then.. or axes. Axes are cool too.

Or as our dear character Petro would say, “Diary Po-po”
So I knew he would like to wear the police uniform again, but you know you can’t put on your police uniform without a serious crime to attend… and it doesn’t get much more serious than this!
This is a lesson that will carry you through life guys. If you read some else’s diary, the diary police WILL find you.

I’ve been dying to write a detective comic for a while now. The inspiration to actually do it hit me recently while reading a Batman graphic novel.
This is the first of a two part mini-series. The second half actually came to mind before this one, so stay tuned for the next comic! You will get a truly incredible insight into the mind of a world class detective.
